Special "What Are We Doing This Weekend"!
Drop what you are doing right now and call the babysitter! If you haven't bought tickets to the Contemporaries of the Columbia Museum of Art's 3rd Annual Black and White Ball, make sure you do so in the next couple of days! The event is on Friday at 7pm, at CMA, of course. Don your masquerade mask (also available for purchase at the CMA Museum Shop) and your black and/or white gown, and dust off hubby's tuxedo! Music will be provided by Adrian Duke Projek, which will surely bring the house down, and there will be delectable food from Anna Cline Catering.
The Contemporaries is a very special organization whose mission is to promote the museum, diversify it's membership, and lead the next generation of Columbia's philanthropists and volunteers. Funds raised from this event go to the Contemporaries Art Acquisition Fund, which is raising money to purchase a fabulous contemporary art piece for the lobby of the museum. This effort is guaranteed to help put downtown Columbia on the Southeastern and national radar!
The Black and White Ball is by far Columbia's best annual benefit. Don't miss out! Tickets are available online at www.columbiamuseum.org. For more information, call 803.343.2210. See you there!
